Rolwaling Trek is a section of the Himalaya in east - central Nepal along the Tibet border. Rolwaling trek includes Melungtse 7,181 m and Melungtse II 7,023 m inside Tibet and Gauri Shankar 7,134 m on the Nepal border with some 50 additional peaks over 6,000 m, all widen from the Nangpa La pass where the Mahalangur part initiate, southwest to the Tamakosi River. The LabucheHimal section increase beyond the Tamakosi to the northwest. RolwalingHimal is circumscribed on the south by the Rolwaling Valley which include several small villages, and Beding the main town in the area. Access to the valley and the mountains of the range is made on foot through an established trail system starting at Charikot 80 km east of Kathmandu. A western style trek from Charikot to Beding will normally take seven to ten days.TheRolwaling trek is one of the most difficult treks in Nepal and requires technical climbing experience and a well- equipped and experienced staff.

Rolwaling trek is fully Camping trek starts from Barhabise 800m North east side of Kathmandu near the China / Tibet boarder. This trek is fully specialized on the purpose to see natural and cultural beauty of Nepal. This trek takes you through rough and tough Himalayan route so; this is certainly not a family trek. Rowaling consist of great views of Mt. Melungtse (7181 m) Mt. DorjeLakpa and Mt. TashiLapcha. After two days trek through rugged glacier we finally come to TashiLapcha Pass (5,755 m). Crossing the Pass the trail descends to Thame village, Tenzing Norgays hometown in the Khumbu valley.
