Drive Kathmandu to Bahundanda by tourist bus

The journey by bus to Bahundanda takes approximately about 10 hours along the Trishuli and Marshyangdi River popular rafting rivers of Nepal. The drive offers you the view of
River, greeneries, local villages and beautiful mountain scenery. Ride through rice terraces and sub-tropical vegetation and surrounding landscape into the Trisuli valley up to the
beautiful mountain valley overnight at the guesthouse.

Bahundanda (1200m) to Bagarchhap 27 km 2,160 m

We trek through the deep river gorge, rice fields, subtropical forest and small hamlets. Enjoy the spectacular views of Himalchhuli and Manaslu towering above you. Then the trail
gently ascends to Bahundanda, an attractive village in the saddle of a long ridge. We descend on a steep slippery trail through the rice terraces and get in hot spring small
descends. The trail drops steeply to Syange at 1,070m. The hilly mountains also attract you with the waterfall on the way. The trail ascends through the rhododendron forest to
ChamjeBagarchhap (2160m)AfterChamje, the trail again follows the Marsyangdi steadily uphill to Tal at 1700m. The path goes along the river through bamboo groves. We will pass number of nice settlements and villages along the route. Cross a suspension bridge and climb the short distance to Dharapani (1960m). Walk up to the Tibaten and Gurung settlement Bagarchhap.

Bagarchap to Manang village 28km 3,520 m

After Bagarchap we cross via Chame (2630m) village where is also the central government offices of Manang rejoin.
Past excellent views of the east face of LamjungHimal. The trail climbs to Tyanja at 2,360m, then continuing through oak and maple trees. You will continue via the forest of the Fir
and rocky declivities to Chame. We are rewarded by the fine views of Annapurna II, Manaslu and LamjungHimal from Chame two small hot springs by the town before arriving to
Pisang (3300m) we continue trek/run through to the along the Marsyandi river and pine forest to the Telekhu village. We continue up a narrow valley of pine, hemlock and cypress
forest. Make a long gentle climb over a ridge through blue pine forests to the DhukurPokhari and go the trail to Pisang valley. Pisang is in the lap of the Pisang peak which is
popular peak to climb. Visit up to PisangGompa,famous monastery at (3230m) an also enjoy the best mountain view of Pisang peak and Annapurna II.Visiting to Barge monastery,
the largest in the entire district of Manang will be memorable. Then we continue through a very arid countryside, dominated by weird cliffs of yellow rock, eroded into dramatic
pillars. Wonderful walking with pine forest as panoramic views of the mountains brings you to Manang valley. The dramatic setting of Manang makes for a pleasant rest and
Acclimatization day with the added benefit of hot showers. This large Tibetan settlement provides good views of Annapurna2, 3, 4, Gangapurna and Tarkekang.

Acclimatization in Manang village rest 3,520 m

This is a rest day to acclimatize to the higher altitude. Manang is one of the best villages in the trekking in Annapurna region and challenging trek for us with rapid gain in altitude.
Manang itself is in a spectacular location with lots of many rest-day options. The Gangapurna Lake is nice to view and one can walk around the town to explore. The more
energetic may wish to visit the high village of Khangsar on the opposite bank.

Manang to Thorung pass Phedi 19 km 4850 m

After hot breakfast, we will start run through the farm terrace to TankiManang. The trail offers panoramic Himalaya scenery, through meadows where horses and yaks graze. It
Seems more gradual rather than up but hard to breathe and take longer time to cover the short distance. We move through alpine pastures to scrubby forests of juniper and rose to
Letdar after one hour from Yak kharka and to Phedi (4420m) or High camp (4600m) Thorong High Camp (4850m) offers the beautiful Mountain View of Dhaulagiri (8167m). There
you are likely to see herds of blue mountain sheep.

Thorungphedi to Muktinath 3798m crossing Thorung La pass (5416m)13km

Today is most difficult day but perhaps the highlight of the course. Start before sunrise at 4 am to reach the pass by 9-10am to prevent from harsh weather condition at particularly
At the Thorung La Pass (5,416m). We have to cross Thorong La Pass (5416m), between beautiful mountain ranges -KathungKhang (6484m), Yakawakhang (6482m). After
Thorong La Pass, then start descending down the barren Kali Gandaki Valley, which is far below to the west. We start descend of about 1600 meter across the Mustang valley
Muktinath.Muktinath is the famous and important pilgrimage place for both Hindu and Buddhist and contains a wall of 108 waterspouts in the shape of cows heads spouting
Sacred water. Dhaulagiri comes into view for the first time, standing alone in the distance across the valley.

Muktinath to Jomsom 14km 2,650 m

We trek down to ancient Jharkot village with remain some part of fort and culture and live hood are like similar Tibetan people. We transit at the significant town of Kagbeni, which
is at a junction of two rivers and the north-south and east-west trading routes. Kagbeni is the Gateway to Upper Mustang. We will continue to walk to Jomson, headquarter of the
Mustang districts with inhabitance of traditional salt traders Thakali. You will continue trekking to Marpha, a lovely village of white washed house and fertile fields, famous for its
Apple brandy and jam. You will be able to taste the apples and the myriad apple products like pies and wine.

Jomsom to Tatopani 39km. 1120m

From Jomsom we continue our descent down the Kali Gandaki reaching the former Thakali trading center of Tukche. The trail from Marpha to kalopani takes as the deepest gorge
in the world. We will pass the villages of Tukuche (2580m) and Larjung (2560m). Kalopani offers a panoramic view of Annapurna 1, Dhaulagiri 1 and Tukuche peak. We then continue descending through the Kali Gandaki River valley to Tatopani. The trail follows river that passes through a narrow gorge. We will reach Tatopani (hot spring), which is
Situated on the riverbanks where we will stop to make the most of a well worthy of hot bath. Tatopani literally means hot water in Nepali and there is the natural hot spring with the

Tatopani to Gorepani 15km 2860m

Today is a big day, from Tatopani to Ghorepani. We climb about 1650 meters up. We continue our climbing up leaving behind the terraced fields and walk through thick
Rhododendron forest to the village of Ghorepani. The last part of the trail today will have us climbing through rhododendron and magnolia forests. The view of Mt Dhaulagiri and
surrounding mountains delight you from Ghorepani.

Ghorepani Poon Hill (3210m) to Naya Pool 20km then drive to Pokhara

We will hike about 20 minutes run to Poon Hill (3210m) early in the morning.(this is a view point so we might spot run few minutes).This vantage point provides unobstructed views
of the early morning sunrise over the high Himalayas, weather permitting. View the sunrise and the Mountains including the Annapurna South 7219 m., fishtail 6993 m., Himchuli
6441 m., Other Annapurna Ranges, Dhaulagiri 8168 m. and its range run back to Naya pool for END POINT of the run.
